Give opinions about the story

What I didn't like about the story

• The characters are constantly complaining on their bad health and sometimes behave not like intelligent adults but like naughty children;
• I expected ending to be much more positive

What I liked about the story

• Certainly, it is a book which is worth to read due to its jolly narration. It contents lots of funny moments and make you laugh in every sentence. Jerome is a great writer as he could descride usual events in a way that make you read the book in one breath;
• Lyric and really beautiful description of nature. I think not every writer is able to describe nature in a way that you won't fall asleep while reading.  It's a great gift for a writer;
• The way the author wrote about historic events. Actually, I don't like  history as a sort of science because it contents so many different numbers which is hard to remember. However, Jerome was managed to pay my attention to discription of historic events and it wasn't boring to read such episodes.
